Axe bug with OR wood & related blocks

Since the update/pale garden I still encounter a bug when using an axe to break OR custom wooden blocks (all OR wood types, and carved versions) and blocks as wooden crates (solid wooden or fruit/veggy crates), bundles of bamboo/sticks/cactus/sugarcane, planter box and pale pumpkin.

If you try to break a block with an axe, it disappears after the first strike and reappears immediately (completely intact). It takes between 5 and 10 attempts before you finally see the normal breaking animation/process and the block drops.
