Bleak paper lantern blocks, and possibly other lanterns, do not play the koto sound when under noteblocks.

Paper lanterns like the oak lantern play the sound Koto when noteblocks are above them, however lanterns like the bleak paper lantern block don't have the sound coded to them. Four stacks of bleakwood lanterns I sadly don't need… I'll make oaks for now but oof biiiig oof moment. Hopefully this gets fixed soonish.
