BUG I've lost my stuff

I left AFK 5 minutes and when I came back I was dead, when I reappeared I looked for my grave and it wasn't there, I've lost all my armor and more. I hope they give me back my armor at the very least, as it was very OP. I reported it to a MOD that was connected and teleported me to my grave and it didn't show up either. PLEASE HELP
