BURST NOT WORKING

I apply the enchantment on my bow and now I cant apply explosive, and the burst isnt working AT ALL! I shoot more than 75 times ALL OF THOSE SHOOTS ONLY HAVE 1 arrow as the enchantment saids "chance to shoot 1-3 arrows" ok great idk the chance but jesus did you guys ever test the enchantment before add to server???

I dare you if the enchantment actually work I will eat my pc
