"Chat region" bug

This is a known bug happening to several players, when I write in local chat server tells me "x player" is in a different chat region for no reason. I have to click "send anyways" to make it appear which is annoying because it happens with every single local message... when I use /ad /shout command I get the alert of that player being afk.

>Other players< suffering this same bug told me the solution is BLOCKING the player that appears on my chat bug, I did and now my messages sends in local without forcing me to click on send, I still get an annoying "tri is blocked" every time I send something. Blocking someone because of a mistake that is not his fault is not funny. I would not like to be in the other end being blocked by people.

I tried to use the command /chat general, restarting my game. it does not work, the bug just haunts me until that player is offline.
