Crabs entity cramming

While breeding crabs I've noticed that crabs don't use all burrows. Instead they use only one that is closest to them at the moment. It leads to overcrowding and entity cramming. I have around 19-20 crab burrows but they keep using only one.

Also I've noticed entity cramming while they're gathering around me when I have kelp in hand.
