Dispenser not Dispense Water Bucket as it Should Be If there is Planter Boxes infront of the dispenser

This bug found on my friend account ign justoiu, She have a farm that use water dispenser to farm crops, have been using it for ages now but this week it just didn't work anymore. Instead of pouring water, it just dispense the actual water bucket. I've tried this on my own realm and same thing happened. Without planter box infront it will dispense water normally.
