Dr. Diggy malfunctions

Hi, I decided to investigate the server's archaeology further and discovered that the "Dr. Diggy" NPC doesn't open the Journal. While it's not a major issue, it might be a problem for someone unfamiliar with the /Journal command. Thanks for reading the report.
