Dragon Wing Back Cosmetic

I'm unsure if this is a bug or not, but the dragon wing cosmetic appears to be attached to my head rather than my back. Again, I don't know if this is intentional or not, but I feel that if it's a "back/cape cosmetic", it should be attached to the back/cape area.
