Enchantment Slot limit bypass

if you use the anvil like in vanilla to combine items and their enchantments, the resulting item does not care for the enchant slot limit. example : a lure 3, luck of the sea 3 rod + a unbreaking 3, mending 1 rod will result in a rod with 4/2 enchantments
