Frozen cave structures can create a tunnel to deepslate caves

When a tower structure in the ice cave biome generates too low, it can create a tunnel from the cave (above y=0) to a deepslate cave (below y=0). As far as I know, the only intended way for players to get to deepslate caves is by mining from above y=0.
