Gullet Spawns in Marauder Arena - You are able to take damage from it

While I was fighting the Marauder a Gullet spawned during the battle and I was able to take damage. Not quite sure if this is intentional, I could not get a recording since I was probably gonna die while trying to get my recording sofware up.
