/home Command is Bugged?

There is a small issue with my realm. I am not sure if other players are experiencing this but I was told to place my question here by the mod "Nocturnios". For some reason the /home command does not seem to be working properly when used in the open world realms. When I try to go to specific homes that I made inside my realm, they all send me back to the realm's spawn, not the homes. This only happens when used in the open realms, but the /home command works fine in the spawn island and inside the realm itself.
