Homes in realm with black screen

I am FICreeper. So while I was teleporting from my realm spawn to my storage room, the screen turned black like I was teleporting to another world, but I ended up in my storage room, and I can repeat it. I think it had something with a recent restart of the server.

Edit: I found out that it can even be in the open world.
