I can't get in the game.

Bug Reports

I was getting resources and stuff, but the game crashed or something, and when I rejoined, I saw I was still in open world blue, but I could only see the sun. It then told me that the connection lost, and I can't get into the game since i still see this every time. Why is it doing this?
