I cant join the server again

so i tried to enter the server but i spawned im a pit of lava in my friends server ( i was not in that pit before) then i died and got disconected saying i was already in the server, now my items are inside my grave and i cant collect them becouse when i try joining or i die or i cant go to his realm or i just cant enter the server at all
