I Somehow Have Two Realms set

Okay so a couple of weeks ago I attempted to enter my realm by doing /home s and when I did that it took me to a realm that was completely reset and was in a biome that didn’t even exist when I first made my realm. I reported the issue and moved on with my day. Earlier today, I realized that if I do /realm tp or enter the realm through /navigator, it sends me to my original realm. This means that I seemingly have two realms (or some entirely different thing). Attached is a video displaying the bug.
