This isn't a bug, just something we never really got into. They are a string block under the hood, which is why they have that sound, the reason why we haven't given it the same treatment as we did for noteblocks, is because it requires us to mute the original vanilla sound and replace the sound by one that the server sends to the client, which is prone to latency.

all the decoration blocks have the same sound, I don't see how this is an issue because its been in the server for so long. I think I am just used to it by now.
