intense lag since the newest update

Flowercrowns in game. Before the newest update (10/28/2023) I had been perfectly fine on the server. Been able to explore, kill mobs, mine and everything in between and now as of the current update I am not able to move for more than 10 seconds without my fps dropping to 0. I know it's not my end because I have done everything on my end to make it work. I've moved around resource packs, mods and checked to see if I had space.
