Irrelevant Banning

I am Kelsup7545. A mod with the username "Verday" has been very unreasonable recently. My brother wanted to make a joke about PvP on the server saying he "killed someone" and was rewarded with a three day ban! Today, I was communicating on /shout, when he muted me for 30 minutes because I made a joke about my /ah having bad deals. He said I am not supposed to advertise on /shout.
