Legacy cutscenes not showing up even though I completed the quest

I was playing OR, looked at the new patch features, saw that quests were removed and were only available for those who had compleated them, and when I checked, only the spawn landing cutscen and the orbit introduction remained. I don't know if this is intentional but I definitely compleated these quests.
