Life Whisps don't Spawn in time

When climbing the spire and collecting life whisps, the first and second life whisps don't spawn in Time, and often require the player to leave the spire area in order for the Life whisps to spawn, yet even that sometimes doesn't work out.

Idea for solving this issue: Spawn both life whisps at first time entering the spire area and make the 3rd Life whisp spawn after 30 sec or less (at the first life whisp)... (btw idk if there is a 3rd life whisp location bc I never found any near the strata golem with the gold)
