Loss of Fertilizer & Soil When Breaking Ungrown Sapling

I am Preston1101, and the bug I found is when you break a ungrown sapling in a planter box, you only get the seed back. Instead returning/leaving the soil and fertilizer inside of the planter box, it's completely destroyed.

This has been an issue since the start of the server, and hopefully this can be fixed!
