Loss of Fertilizer & Soil When Breaking Ungrown Sapling

I am Preston1101, and the bug I found is when you break a ungrown sapling in a planter box, you only get the seed back. Instead returning/leaving the soil and fertilizer inside of the planter box, it's completely destroyed.

This has been an issue since the start of the server, and hopefully this can be fixed!

    this has been a thing for quite a while now- though it would be nice if you didnt loose those materials if you uproot a stage 1 plant. Then again im pretty sure its intended since it makes some sense that the material gets used up in the beginning process.

    didn't even know/think that was a bug? thought it was just meant to be a "be more careful" annoyance.
