Lost a Jade bow skin

My friend (he doesn't speak English well so I'm the one reporting this) was fighting the Marauder when his game crashed, everything froze, then he died and when he respawned at the bottom of the spire, he no longer had his bow. The enchantments and the legendary bow itself isn't much of a deal, but the Jade skin he got from the Lunar event is really important. We're hoping you can help him and he can get it back.
