many of the palm tree leaves decay after growing it from a sapling

I, T_XA, love palm trees, but when planting more of them in my realm ive noticed the top leaves started decaying leaving them looking a bit weird, im pretty certain it used to work normally before as I have planted palms that I have planted before that look perfectly fine
