Marauder Didn't Give Extra Heart

I am Anonymous27603 and I was in a party with someone else for the marauder fight. We beat the boss but after the fight I didn't get an extra heart. This was my first time beating the boss.

    Did you stay alive for the whole fight? Unless youre alive when the boss dies, it will not reward you with an extra heart
