Mending Books Aren't Spawning

As of the most recent update (pale garden update), mending books seem completely absent from both mineshaft and deep mineshaft loot tables. Rascals also no longer seem able to give mending books either, and the book was replaced with another enchantment book instead, likely as a placeholder.

I have personally searched multiple mineshafts and have failed to find any mending books— other players are reporting the same thing with their mineshaft loot, even asking in chat if mending is even meant to spawn in mineshafts. AH prices have reflected this absence of supply, as the books are now running for easily 10,000 rubies or more.

Given mending is always in high demand due to new players needing the books for their armor and tools, this bug making mending books impossible to obtain in the open world is likely harming the new player experience, and should be fixed ASAP.
