My planters pots are broken

My planters pots are broken.

I've had it for maybe two months, others for much longer. And overnight, all my seeds are gone and I can't interact with them anymore. What's more, when I break it, I don't get it back but a note block instead. I always put a stack of seeds and soil in each one, and I've lost a lot of them.

Not all planters are affected, but around 80%.
