No life allay but respawns

My name is bearscastle, i was doing a spire and two of the three other people on my team died, there were no life allays collected, but then the marauder corners the last player (clolemoxemo) and kills them, but they repawn, again there were no life allays collected, this happens two more times, clolemoxemo defeats the marauder because of this, idk what happened but this is definetly a glitch\
