Non-elite realms no longer show up in the /realm menu (other than ones you have resident/trusted for)

Before the 1.20.1 patch today, the remastered /realm menu showed every public realm, regardless of rank. Now it only shows elite realms, no matter how many users are on another rank’s realm. The filters for realms of non-elite rank also only show ones you have resident or trusted for.
