Obtaining tools with minus durability (Repost)

Basically when taking off the relic of spirit tools when they have a certain amount of durability missing it can lead to them having minus durability,

I haven't done much testing on what amounts of durability you need to be missing for you to get certain minus values so that would need to be looked into further.
