Odd structure in cold biome

I'm kimrose444, I found an unusual structure while exploring a cold biome (snowy plains) in Open World Orange. The general structure makes me think it's meant for a warm biome, it spawned with regular sand (no suspicious sand, though I dug up the regular sand to check for that)
