OR specific "Disabled item" tag

Hi, my ign is vviolavalentine, nd snootbooper_ is my connected discord acc.

Sending in a ticket req to ask about seemingly only OR specific items being tagged as "Disabled item"s. I can't use or place the items but can hold them still, it's like adventure mode but only with OR items? Can give more ss or screenrec if given a sec for it.

Please see attached screenshots and msg in #game-chat, I’m just trying to show random OR only items that have the tag.
