Payments Declining

Hey, my characters name is Thee_Alexx. I was able to make 2 successful purchases on may 4th, but wanted to buy one for a friend and haven't been able to. The store keeps declining payments from South Africa. I've tried 4 different bank accounts all visa approved but the store keeps rejecting them.... any solution?
