Performance isues while in *any GUI*

After new 1.8.2 update I and some of the other players had problems with performance while they were in GUI (any GUI: Any vanilla storage screen or servers custom GUI) Same issue with performance is occurring while players talk to an NPC.

So what have been discovered:

-Server after releasing new "?" icon buttons have occurred significant framerate issues that can't be fixed by player or blamed by so called "Potato PC". I fixed the crashing by updating Java version to latest, but can't fix low framerate while using Chests, Furnace, /navigator or talking to NPC's etc...

What has been done / changed / tested:

-Trying cloud services hasn't changed or fixed any issues while using GUI

-Trying Playing with Minecraft OR with PC that has more RAM or better parts only helped to stop framerate drop by 13fps

-Trying to change graphic settings only increased framerate , but it still drops to 2-8fps while in GUI.

-Using "Sodium" 1.19.4:

>increased framerate by 20, but still drops from 120fps to 2fps while in GUI

-Using "Sodium" 1.20.2 and 1.20.1:

>same issues as it was 1.19.4

-Using "OptiFine" 1.19.4 or 1.20.2:

>crashing while talking with NPC, or framerate drops from 2 to 8

-Changing (in all mentioned methods before) GUI scale, chat settings or using custom texture packs didn't make any difference, same problem while talking to NPC or while player i in GUI

-Allowing Minecraft use from 4 up to 8 Gb of RAM didn't made any changes, but only increased framerate while NOT using GUI

Also...:

-Updated + Restarted PC

-Updated Java version

-Reinstalled Minecraft

-Reinstalled server Resource pack

-Reinstalled OptiFine

-Uninstalled old versions of minecraft (just in case)

PC Nr.1 Specs: (This PC hasn't got any issues while playing OR before 1.8.2 update)

-Windows 10

-Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4210U CPU @ 1.70GHz 2.40 GHz

-Installed RAM 4,00 GB

-DirectX Ver-11

-System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

-Pen and touch Touch support with 10 touch points

PC Nr2 Specs:

-Windows 10
-Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X
-Memory: 16 GB RAM
-GeForce RTX 2070
-DirectX: Version 12
-Storage: 90 GB available space

(additional monitor for PC)

-DellU2723QE

No solution was found to fix this by me personally. Sorry ;c
