Petrify & Siphon on Bow do not proc in offhand

Hi, my IGN is Xiione.

I noticed that the Petrify (level V) and Siphon enchantments on bows do not trigger correctly when arrows are shot from the offhand. Explosive does trigger correctly.

I’ve tested only with a Spirit Bow but confirmed that Petrify, Siphon, and Explosive all work when shot from the main hand, both on a Spirit Bow and a Platinum Bow, shooting both normal and tipped (slowness 1) arrows.
