Possible Key/Finish Issue

I know this may feel like a sour grapes, I'm just having bad luck claim. But this feels very unusual to me, so please hear me out. Ever since the recent updates being the Blighted and the patch updates I've been trying to roll keys in the hopes of finishes. In the past couple days I've rolled a grand total of 519 Badger Keys, and have gotten not a single finish. I know the drop rate on those is low, but right now it feels non-existent even. I'm sharing a screenshot of the loot that I had pulled to get a scope of things. I'm not sure maybe there was an under the radar change made to the keys and finish rates, but I'd appreciate something of a look into this please.
