Powdered snow bug

Normally, when a player is on fire and walks into powdered snow, the fire is put out and the powdered snow block disappears.

However, this also happens when you’re a visitor; if you’re on fire and walk into powdered snow in a realm where you’re a visitor, the powdered snow still breaks.
