Realms setting question mark (?) button not working

In the personal realm settings, there is a question mark button which is supposed to guide you to the official origin realms help page about personal realms (Player Realms Guide - Origin Realms). It should post a link in the players chat.

Instead, it just says "missing message with key 'player-realms'"
