Redstone Chunk loading issue

When using a hopper sorting system if you crash, moved or walk away it will break. Things get trapped in hoppers stop moving things filter down into chests Things stack up in filter chests when they shouldn’t due to the chunk not being loaded. This chunk loading issue has been a known issue on OR and made it so the redstone has been an issue even from 2021 it has seem to only gotten worse due to crashes being moved
