Residents can break chests

After I posted my last bug report (being that residents could ignite tnt) (also remember i did this on an alt to test bc im considering giving a friend resident mode) I realized something. Not only can tnt be ignited, but it can also be pushed with pistons. Meaning if the real owner has tnt anywhere on their realm, wether for decoration or other means, it can be pushed with a piston to nearby chests. then it can be ignited, using the redstone torch and lever bug.
