Resource pack blocks completely disappeared client side

I played and subsequently stopped playing on this server around two years ago or so. I came back today, and all of the resource pack exclusive blocks (specifically bayou wood and silt) in my world are gone. The floating torches here outline where the blocks form the walls of my house. The only way I've found to get them back is to pour water on the affected areas, which causes the blocks to drop themselves.
