Ribston Isn't selling/buying Mangrove Wood/leaves/saplings

I've been checking for hours, nothing, to finally check support and questions, for a mod to say he isn't. I've been told, for weeks, he does just need to wait for the rotation, I've just assumed the rng is just that bad still or I just keep missing one of his rotations since there's alot of woods to show in one cycle...I'm so annoyed I didn't check support and questions sooner.
Awhile back it was said it was added to his loot table, no idea if it was at one point, but right now it's not been for awhile lol.
