Rocket boots allow double jump

If you equip rocket boots in a resource world and try to fly with them mid air, you will get a small boost of speed, allowing a double jump for extra mobility

Chat will still say the message "Hey! You can only use Rocket Boots in realms!", but will allow for the double jump
