Server IP Not Working

When i got to the multiplayer menu in Minecraft my origin realms server comes up as “invalid host name. please make sure you’re using the correct IP address.” and when i click to join the server it also says that its an “unknown server” and to "check the IP. I have checked it and its the right one so i don’t know how to fix this issue. Adding a new server with that same IP also doesn’t work.
