Shulker box disappearing?

Hello! I’d like to report that one of my shulker boxes randomly disappeared when I tried to place it near an ancient plant in my base. I tried replicating this bug with another box, but failed.
I do not care about the box as it was empty, but Id like u to know about this. It was a yellow shulkerbox, iirc I didnt name it anything.
