Smithing table does not work

I want to make my iron axe with 2 max enchantments to a damond axe them platinum with the same enchantments,and add a toxic spore relic. But,the smithing table is a furnace. And the Fracture forge does not help at all. Pls fix it.

    This is a 1.20 issue, you will have to downgrade to 1.19.2 or .3 to fix it, we cant resolve it unless we update the server to 1.20
