Snow Grass does not update when placing furniture, again...

Following that bug that GonzoStudios found a few months ago involving placing furniture and having the snow grass underneath not updating. Yeah its back.

Involving furniture with an item frame as its placement method, such as the Toy Robot, it seems to not update the grass block state underneath.

Thats all.
