Spirit Bow switching glitch

In game I am GX99.

When using the spirit bow, it has 3 charges. Whenever you switch to another item when holding the bow in charge 2 or 3, the charge visually stays. When you switch back to charge it back up, it no longer has charge 2 or 3, and instead only fires 1 bolt.
