Spooky sword skin gone?

I put my spirit sword and a pumpkin sword skin in the forge menu got a spirit looking sword back but when I hover over it it has the spirit sword icon + spooky skin and when I try to salvage its giving me the marauder horn and a spooky sword as salvage items which would cost me 16k each? also the icon when I over over my spirit bow with spooky bow skin the icon looks like the gothic axe?
